ALOHA GROUP
Founded by Metin Güngör (Middle East Technical University - Phys & Math) and S. Gamze Önsoy Güngör (Gazi University - Economy) in 1983.
The Group has started its development with construction sector and continued with tourism sector.
In the following years, it continues its activities and tour operation with international contracts and its branches and facilities within the country with its Group “A” licenses for all kinds of touristic activities including business management, tourism agency, car rental and charter and with the IATA license granted by International Air Transport Association headquartered in Canada.
Aloha Yapı Endüstrisi A.Ş. continues its activities with Group A Contracting Certificate that it has taken in 1986 from Republic of Turkey Ministry of Public Works and Settlement.
Having completed many distinctive projects for approximately 40 years, Aloha Yapı completed Aloha Evleri project on its own land in Ankara in 2010 and it continues to serve successfully for 11 years by offering more than 5-star hotel services which is very well-known by top level foreign diplomatic mission and Turkey CEO’s of international companies.
Having managed businesses such as Club Titan, Club Turkuaz, Club Aloha, İzmiralda, Amarente, Aloha Otel and Baytur Otel, which had been built by Aloha Yapı, for years, Aloha Turistik Hizmetler A.Ş. continues the management of distinctive residential sites and commercial centres with GM Yatırım ve Ticaret A.Ş. with its own staff.

Aloha Travel Agency has 1580 numbered Group A Operation License granted by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Tourism and TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) on 16.12.1987 and in addition to all kinds of touristic services, ALOHA Travel Agency, one of the enterprises that brings the highest amount of foreign currency to Turkey each year, is also an incoming agency that offers handling services in Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir and Antalya in coordination with its overseas partnerships.
A.G.T. Travel Agency has 1884 numbered Group A Operation License granted by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Tourism and TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) on 18.04.1990 and in addition to all kinds of touristic services, A.G.T. Travel Agency, one of the enterprises that brings the highest amount of foreign currency to Turkey each year, is also an incoming agency that offers handling services in Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir and Antalya to overseas foreign organizations which are not included in ALOHA Group.
Osmanlı Travel Agency has 2321 numbered Group A Operation License granted by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Tourism and TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) on 30.12.1992 and it is an incoming agency that offers handling services in Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir and Antalya to overseas Turkish organizations which are not included in Aloha Group.
Osmanlı Travel Agency has the authority to make pilgrimage organization allocated by Republic of Turkey Ministry of Tourism, TÜRSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) and Republic of Turkey Presidency of Religious Affairs to be given incentive for the high amount of foreign currencies brought to Turkey by the travel agencies within Aloha Group.
“STARS GES” Portfolio that consists of unlicensed solar power plant with a total 24,840 kWp installed power completed as of the end of 2017 operates under the roof of Stars Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. which is owned and managed by Aloha Group.
Owning registered brands such as "Aloha", "AlohaEvleri", "A.G.T.", "Osmanlı", "CafeHouse", "Gazebo" and "OxygenClub", "Aloha Group" still continues working on the development of a quite important health project called "Aloha Second Life".
Realizing the installation of the Biogas Power Plant with the 6 MW capacity Power Generation License taken from EPDK (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) in 2020, “Aloha Group” later turned this investment into an integrated plant and combined Power, Agriculture and Livestock sectors and converted it into a structure in which each supports the other and that operates on Zero Waste Principle, is environment friendly and has World Carbon Certificate.
“Pasha Bio-Integrated Plants”, which is a first in Turkey, is a real “Zero Waste” project and a project of pride. “Stockbreeding, Biogas, Solar Power Plants, Hybrid Power, Organic-Organomineral Solid and Organic Liquid Fertilizer, Organic Hydroponic (Technologic) Greenhouse and Irrigated Agriculture” investments are integrated in this project and it has been granted “International Carbon Certificate” because of its qualities reducing carbon footprint on earth.
